Since 1988, Mobile Outreach Solutions (formerly BUSES International) has been designing, building, and deploying clinics and other mobile service units to lend a helping hand to those in need.  Each unit is custom-designed for a specific purpose.  Our units are built for organizations and other non-profits to equip them to provide assistance directly to those at-risk and in-need.  This enables them to be highly effective in their specific area of influence. We have units deployed in strategic locations all around the world.
